I am on the condo association board of a building GSBM manages and they have been great to work with throughout the four years I have lived here. They are responsive and do great work. I would recommend them to any association/landlord looking for a building management company.

This management group is great... I had never heard of GSBM before and I am so happy and pleased to say these folks are fabulous, responsive, great portal system and they actually answer the phone and personally respond to emails. Highly recommend them!

They excel in customer service, and the attention to the maintenance of our complex is outstanding. Snow removal is completed within hours of the last snowflake hitting the ground. Our foyers are always clean and our courtyard looks spectacular. Their good service only increases the value of our properties...They are by far the best we've ever had. Good Steward has maintained our building for several years now, and the owners are pleased. We will be using their services for many years to come.

I'm currently an owner who has their property managed by GSBM and I'm not quick to offer the 5 star treatment but this company goes above and beyond. They offer constant communication, responses in timely manner, responses to urgent matters and provide great guidance on issues facing the association (including budget, reserve allocation and construction issues).They also help us regularly get qualified low bids on everything from snow removal to extensive façade & structural repairs.

Recently bought a unit and GSBM is our property management company. In the short amount of time that we have owned, this management company has been very very very great. Our building is well maintained, the friendly [office staff] is very attentive and their responding time is literally in minutes. We've owned a few condos in our lifetime and by far this is one of the better management companies in Chicago.

Our water went out at 10pm (a pipe exploded during the Polar Vortex) and it was fixed by the time we woke up in the morning thanks to great building management and a good plumber. It's nice to know that our building manager can move that quickly under rough circumstances.
